Meet the Personal Travel Consultants.

Lynne Walton

I have worked in the travel industry for over 25 years. I take immense pride in my job and enjoy the challenges of finding the best possible travel options for my customers. Whether you are thinking of a family beach holiday, city break, cruise holiday or an exotic adventure, it’s my job to find the holiday that is perfect for you. I have been very lucky during my travel career to travel to lots of destinations including many Caribbean islands, USA, the Far East and many European countries. I have travelled extensively to Greece and her beautiful islands and love to share my first-hand knowledge with my customers.

Paula Coull

I love my life in travel and can’t believe it's been 35 years since I began in the industry, they have passed by in a heartbeat! I have been really lucky to have visited many incredible and culturally rich places including Sri Lanka. My personal highlights included the temple of the tooth and the elephants and tiger sanctuary. I have so many fantastic memories of my travels throughout the years, including my 2nd home of Barbados where I was lucky enough to live for 4 years. I feel lucky and blessed to have experienced all these wonderful places and hope my experience can help you in booking your dream holiday.

Polly Gould

I have been in the Travel Industry for over 30 years, straight from school. After a few family holidays to Florida as a teenager where I learnt to water-ski, I thought it was the most amazing place to watch the professional water-skiers at Sea World. I said to my parents I want to live abroad and be a water-skier! My father said if you want to work abroad, how about a career in the Travel Industry? I am still water-skiing however have not moved to sunnier climates yet. For the last 20 years, I have specialised in selling Barbados & the Caribbean, and with Blue Bay Travel's fantastic exclusive offers to sell, I jumped at the chance to be a homeworker with them.

Sarah-Jane Brooks

I have been working in Travel for over 20 years and I am very passionate about what I do and love making dreams come true. I love to travel myself and share my experiences and knowledge with everyone. My job is very rewarding and many of my customers over the years are now also good friends of mine too thanks to the holiday experiences we have shared.

Jaclyn Keighley

I began my career in travel over 25 years ago and spent 10 years working in Spain, the Dominican Republic and India before returning to the UK. Since I was very young all I have ever wanted to do was travel, and I still love the thrill of visiting any country for the first time. I think travel gets into your blood so helping others put together their ideal holiday is a pleasure.

Sharon Ash

I love working in travel for so many different reasons. I get a real buzz from searching for different options for clients ensuring the holiday they are booking is just right for them. I see every inquiry as a challenge and love giving each one the attention it deserves, no matter where they are looking to travel to. It is a fun and fulfilling role that I don't really see as a job.

Lisa Steenson

Every day is different and I love sharing my holiday experiences, as well as listening to those of my clients.

After a 21-year career in aviation safety, I decided to become a self-employed travel agent in 2018, and I haven’t looked back! I’ve travelled quite a lot on business and enjoyed a variety of holidays, but my favourites usually involve wildlife, with Kenya and Borneo being among them. I’m also partial to a cruise - I pride myself on being an Ambassador with the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). I’m in my element putting together itineraries, and I love the challenge of finding the right holiday for you. I look after all of my clients as if they were family and invest a part of myself in every holiday I book. With me, it’s personal.
